We Always Learn, Whether We Want It or Not

The brain doesn't switch off, it does go into sleep mode daily, but when it's awake - it's awake. It constantly receives signals from its sensors and learns something. The way the brain operates - is by constantly changing itself in response to the input, which means that we are learning something even when we do nothing.

We are learning to do nothing, which some of the meditation coaches might consider a worthy goal.

But what I want to know, does it mean that I constantly train my self to do wrong things? For example, I used to eat sweets and play video games, does it mean I reinforced my brain into thinking that video games produced the reward?
